I have a DEH-P6900UB & 2 Sana's 1 e250 (2GB) and 1 e280 (8GB). Everything worked just great up until a week ago. The DEH-P6900UB stopped being able to read the format of the e280 & I had to resort to using the audio jack instead of the USB port to listen to my music. However the e250 still works fine with either the USB or the Audio jack(just has less storage ability). Any help on figuring out why the e280 would stop working the DEH-P6900UB would be appreciated.

I checked and it was still in a FATS 32 format. After I posted the problem I tried a few things and it turns out the update for Best Buy/Rhapsody's music store software is messed up. The original software is OK. After back tracking what I did over the last week I narrowed it down to their software update. After re-formatting the drive in Windows Explorer instead of the BB/R software everything is working again as it should be. Unfortunately I had to reload 2000 songs again. I was aware of the NTFS problem. I read that online after I brought the DEH-P6900UB and couldn't get my old MP3 player to work. It's ashame that Pioneer doesn't list that info so people know that when they go to buy the stereo. Thanks for the help anyhow.
