I have a stainless steel stove, but the stove top by the front burner, i guess by cooking the enamel came off around it, is there anyway thing can be done or i have to get another top for the stove or any spray paint that will help thanks

Are the burners uniform around top? Pictures show that there is a slot on one side. The tech is probably right.. You are not the only person complaining about this. Call back and see if there is a different burner that will fit you stove.

What I would try. Assuming the "burners" means the cast iron assemblies on top of the stainless steel, remove them to an area outside. Perhaps on a piece of plywood, and clean them with oven cleaner. Grease may drip off them, so a deck or driveway are unacceptable. Wear gloves and watch splatters. Wash thoroughly with fresh water before reusing. Beware. Caustic chemicals can discolor stainless

this unit has a gas coil controling the valve . and wen it gets hot it is failing and cannot keep the gas on . replace the valve coil // mm

MY STOVE DOES THE SAME THING THE IGNITERS ARE ALL HOOKED TOGEATHER WHEN YOU TURN ON ANY BURNER ALL THE BURNERS SHOULD SPARK

Try regular oven cleaner (not the overnight kind) . This will work if there are no aluminum or painted parts. Don't do this if the instruction manuel says not to.

Hi, interesting. I have the same units on my GasHob and my problems are exactly reverse. To turn the burners on it takes about 15 clicks and with some luck you'll get gas! Sorry, wished I could help.

You may need to consult near you an electrial engineer this couild be happened you need to design all parts of igniton line / many thing to change replace the switch knobs iugniter tips terminals and wirings also high voltage igniter coil. so many thing thing to buy.
