I doubt it is blocked, but you will need to enter the ip address and dns addreses manually as the automatic ip address never works.
Use the psp ip address as the next one up from your pc and use the dns and gateway addresses as the same address of your router.

Hello Valortin, What you actually need to do is this. Call your mobile service operators, using another line, but of the same network as yours. A friends' or a family members' would do. With that line, call your mobile service operators, and tell them that your line has been blocked and you want it unblocked. By answering a few questions from them, you would have your line unblocked and working in no time.
You actually don't need to install a driver for a router. The discs that the manufacture provide are actually just run a program to guide you through the initial setup. I'm using a router right now and I've never had to install a driver. If however, you are talk about the wireless adapters for use with the WRT54G access point router - then that's a different mater.
To access you router just plug an Ethernet cable into it and your PC. Then open a browser and type 192.168.1.1. This is the default IP address, unless you've changed it. The default login and password are both admin. You should now be able to make any changes you need.
