You have to have a wireless television to be able to stream video to it.

To stream on Netflix your Netflix account has to be set up to stream.
For Netlix user's your account would be either streaming OR playing DVDs, not both.
If your Netflix is set up to stream, you may need to download Microsoft Silverlight which is free and availble from Microsoft.
Be sure to download the latest version of Silverlight.

You will also need to open Netflix.com and create an account on your computer.

Close netflix and reopen after creating account then login.
Then check your account for streaming or DVD playing.

Depending on why kind of TV you have to watch a movie you will need to connect to the TV with an HDMI cable.

In order to use the Netflix app you must sign up for and continue to pay for the use of Netflix.
