May be yor codec (decoding system) is missed. Try different player, also if using Klitecodecks reset settings. Find sound program and turn off 5.1 or 7.1 sound and choose 2 speakers.
chek the adapter and female power soket on laptop. if they are ok, clear the bios by reset bottom(there is a small hole under laptop) or removing small battery on mainboard.if the problem not solved ,have to change the mainboard.
