I have one Lenovo ThinkPad SL400 Notebook os win xp , mic problem 'while Talking in skype oTher person cannoT hear me. please help

In Skype's preferences, it allows you to configure your microphone(s). I would check here to make sure it's working properly from within Skype. It's possible that you just have it muted. If it doesn't show up here, fire up Device Manager and look for the microphone there. If everything looks good in both places, it's probably a network issue, maybe you should try something other than Skype?

The lenovo care button was built to restore the computer back to the factory state if in any case you will be experiencing software problem with your computer and you want to restore it from the original state. If this button will not function for no reason then then only person that can help you is the Lenovo repair department. You can send in the computer to lenovo depot repair and have them re-image the harddrive so that the Care button will be reinstalled.

I have GE headphone with mic. i can speak on skype, gtalk and other party can also hear me with this headphone, but when I start speech recognition then it does not appears to me working. It always says...

you'll need a proper driver installed for Win XP system. Skype and other are using their own set of drivers.
