Where is the '!' button on the TI 84 plus calculator?

There is no such button. The factorial function is in the probability submenu of the math menu. Press MATH left-arrow 4 to access the factorial.

How to calculate cube root on simple calculator

That depends on how simple a calculator. I'll give some examples below for calculating the cube root of 8.

On a TI-86, press 3 2nd [MATH] F5 MORE F4 8 ENTER

If the calculator has a "^" or "y^x" key, raise 8 to the 1/3 power. Again, on the TI-86, press 8 ^ ( 1 / 3 ) ENTER

If the calculator has a logarithm key, take the logarithm, divide it by three, then take the antilogarithm. Again, on the TI-86, press 2nd [e^x] ( ln 8 / 3 ) ENTER

On a slide rule, place the hairline over the number on the K scale and read the cube root on the D scale.

I totally forgot how to do binomial pdf can you help on my TI-84

Hello,
Press the yellow [2nd] key then [VARS] (DISTR) to access the distributions. Scroll Up or down to see 0:binompdf( . Press 0 |ENTER|. The command echoes on the screen as binompdf(. Complete the command by entering the number of trials, the probability of success, and the value expected. Number of trials, and the value expected are integers.
You can also run the command giving it a sequence of expected values. In that case the sequence of expected values must be enclosed in curly brackets
Hope it helps.
binompdf ( number of trials, p, { expec_value1, expec_value2, ...} ) [ENTER]

I was told that, to do binomial distributions on a ti-86, I would need to hit 2nd Math, then More, and I should see something that says STAT and go from there to get to DIST and Binomi. I see nothing...

Hello,

Sorry, but you information is wrong, to find the binomial distribution use the PROB menu not the STAT menu. Its name is randBi
[2nd][MATH][F2:PROB] scroll right.
Hope it helps.
