Viewsat platinum I don't know to install the bin to the reciever.Please help me with every step.PLEASE.

    Most of the movie channels do not show. I only see "auto roll processing." Please help

Make sure that Autoroll is on.

View sat extream is displaying no video or audio message, loaded bin great signal all programing info but still NO VIDEO OR AUDIO somebody please save meeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!

Make sure the receiver is off using the switch on the back. connect serial cable.. open unloader program on computer, pick the bin you want to upload. click pc to stb.. after the slide bar appears turn of the viewsat... it should start to dl now.. wait.. when the computer says finished, don't turn off the viewsat yet. the viewsat will auto start.. if it doesn't wait till the software is finished ,, the screen will come back to a channel.. If no picture go and set up the antenna.

Fta viewsat extreme dead.

I am using viewsat extreme 2000. After downloading the new program PC-STB. Front panel power has gone. Only rear light on. All view has gone.
