Hello muneef_almul
If your optical drive support labelflash. Only you need is labelflash burning software like Nero 8 or Nero 9 and LabelFlash compatible CD/DVD media/disc.
You can use Nero Cover Designer to design you label and burn it on your media.
Actually labelflash has no software of its own to burn disks. The labelflash drive can be used like a normal drive, just the difference is you can print the labels without using a printer or something, and also you need a labelflash compatible disc.
Also you can download the templates and Labelflash Index Maker software from here:
http://labelflash.jp/enjoy/index.html
Use these image files to burn the labels on to the discs.
You can check for the softwares in which you can use the LabelFlash feature(Check under Applications):
LabelFlash doesn't support CDs. It can only write to DVDs and they have to be special LabelFlash disks. It can't write to standard disks or LightScribe disks.
SteveRand, if you can't be of assistance, can you please just keep quiet? Why don't you find out first a little more about labelflash? It's free software.
I went through the same thing and then discovered on a Toshiba forum
that is included, not as "Labelflash" but is a plug-in for other disc
creation software. On mine laptop I found it as a function of my DVD
authoring software.

I found the article explaining this here:

title "Creating Labelflash disc labels".
hi there... Here's a link from the Toshiba website with instructions on how to use the Labelflash functionality on your Notebook. You might also want to make sure that the disc that you have is labelflash capable and not lightscribe as these are two different brands. :)
