This model has been out of production for quite some time. You could try contacting Uniden to see if, by chance, they still have some replacement speakers for this older RD model. In any event, you would be well served to purchase a modern radar detector which provides far better performance. Personally, I recommend products produced by the following manufacturers:

Bel
Escort
Whistler (their higher end products -- XTR-690 model or higher. Their Pro78 or newer Pro78SE is one of my favorites.)

Putting spearkers in and had ignition on. cut through wires while ignition was on! spearkers work but both my windows dont go up or down! no power to them. Allso interior light does not come on! While...

you could have shorted the window relay,, But if I was you, I would check the fuses with a meter first along with the interior light bulbs , what make and model is this car and what year ?

I upgreade to windows 7 now I cant get any sound out of my spearkers. I have a sony srs-d5100 computer spearkers

mcdevito75 here, You can try to go to Start, then control Board, then to speech, audio devises, and un-check the mute box and check the icon in tray box, the windows up-grade maybe muted your computers sound??.

My rca opal m4204 wont turn on

We bought a while back a surround sound system with a SONY Dolby Digital FM Stero FM/AM Receiver STR SE501, a small subwoofer and small centerband spearker. We recently upgraded to two better and larger submwoofer and centerband speark: ICON VC25 CENTER SPEAKER (SN 100987108520533 SW-350 SUBWOOFER (SN 101043809321322 Problem we are having is, when we turn the TV on in the morning, about 10 minutes, we hear a click noise in the receiver, a pop loise in the subwoofer, and the it cuts of the speark. It with click again, cuting the spearker back on, then do it agian and cut them off. It seems once it does this a few times, and comes back on, it stays on the remainder of the day. What is the problem? Do we need to make an adjustment to the receiver, because of the upgrade. We original had moster cables. Do we need to replace them? Hope you can help. Tony ([email protected])

Sharper image wireless speakers, model CT 413, were working fine. today, the blue transmitter light isn't on and nothing can seem to make it transmit. suggestions?

My speakers were working fine on my TV, I disconntect them, then when I re-connected the transmitter no signal is received and nothing is heard via the spearkers either.

on spearker wires on the head unit you will have 2 colors of each the ones with the black lines are negitive (example green...green with black line hope that helps
