SOURCE: Rear cylinder not firing

The first thing I would do is replace the spark plugs again. You can foul a plug and it will cause you more problems than you can ever imagine. I see you have done all the logical things that I would recommend but I did not see you have replaced the plugs after the 200 miles. You would be surprised at how many times a $2.00 part can cause fits beyond belief.

SOURCE: Honda CRF150F will not start

ALWAYS have a fire extinguisher on hand when working on carburetors.
Remove the water trap bowl at the bottom of the petcock, (gas valve). Is there any water or trash in the bowl? Drain a cup of gas from the tank. Is there any water or trash in the cup? Dump it, clean it and re-mount it, ( not all bikes have a water trap bowl ). Flush out the gas tank if needed.

Drain the carburetor. There should be a screw on the lower side or bottom of the carb float bowl. Remove the screw then replace it after the fuel drains. Turn the gas back on and wait a minute for the carb to fill with gas. Install a new stock NGK spark plug and try to start the engine. If the bike doesn't start and run properly then shut off the gas and remove the carburetor from the engine.

Remove the float bowl and clean the entire carb with a spray carb cleaner from the auto parts store. Wear protective goggles to avoid getting spray in your eyes. Spray into all the little airways and fittings in the carb. Remove the idle screw and the air screw on the outside throat of the
carb and spray into the screw holes as well.

Be sure to put these two screws back in the same hole they came out of. IMPORTANT > do not tighten these two adjusters down. Only screw these in until they LIGHTLY seat. Now turn each adjuster one and one half turns outward. Put the rest of the
carb back together, clean the air filter and install the carb. Let the float bowl fill then start the engine. Post a comment to get back to me.

1990 suzuki samurai carbureated going down the road and timing belt broke put a new belt on and put in time but not getting any spark out of coil checked all fuses and I have power going to the coil

If you have power going to the coil but are not getting spark, it could be due to a faulty ignition module or a faulty coil.
To check the ignition module, you can perform a bench test using a multimeter. You'll need to disconnect the module from the vehicle and use the multimeter to test the resistance of the module's internal components. If the readings are outside the recommended range, the module may need to be replaced.
If the ignition module tests okay, you can check the coil using a similar process. You'll need to test the resistance of the coil's primary and secondary windings to ensure they are within the recommended range. If the readings are off, the coil may need to be replaced.
It's also possible that there could be a problem with the distributor cap or rotor, or that there is a problem with the wiring or connections leading to the coil. Checking these components and connections could also help pinpoint the issue.

2001 Harley Electra Glide has 12votes going to the coil when it stop running but no spark to the plug after about 15 mins it runs again

possible failure of the coil when it gets hot
check with a harley bike electrician as to if the coil is straight 12 volts or is reduced to 7.5 volts when running
if it is 7.5 volts when running but you have 12 volts all the time , that indicates a problem in the resistor circuit ( shorted across at the ign switch) and the 12 volts will over heat the coil and cause the indicated probkem

Mitsubishi endeavor 2004 coil pack burnt out changed and turns over but no start spark plugs wet from fuel but not starting

There are so many possibilities, fuse, command module, crank signal? Is the module getting 12 volts. It is rarely a whole ignition coil pack goes out unless of a short. Was the unit burned up? If not, it could have a bad crank position signal. The cam sensor is mainly for fuel and crank sensor is mainly for spark.

If i build a custom harley using a carburated twin cam motor out of a 99' dyna would i have use an aftermarket ignition module? I have the stock module n harness n i did away with the cam shaft position...

i'd try a new coil as power out may not be enough for spark , very difficult to measure coil output as high tension and could easily give you a bad shock or even burn you

I have a 2001 FLSTC (carburated) that is not getting any spark to the plugs. Have tested plug wires and coil with ohm meter and they test within spec. I have also tried new spark plugs.

Looks like the ignition module or crank position sensor. Some carb models also have a cam position sensor. Get the trouble codes from the speedo and diagnose from these.

99 dodge durango

Could be a problem in the ignition circuit. Check or test coil and ignition module-one of them may be shutting down or shorting out when they get hot.
Verify by checking for spark at a plug wire immediately after it shuts off: if no spark, it is an ignition problem. Besides the coil and ignition module, other possibilities are the crank position sensor, cam position sensor, ecu, the ASD relay (automatic shuit down relay-it's in the power distribution box under hood). If that relay fails, all power is cut to coil and fuel injectors, and maybe the fuel pump also.
Good luck.

I have a 99 grand am SE 2.4 4 cylinder and my problem #2 misfire, repalced spark plugs with AC delco rapid fires, replaced coil packs, replaced coil pack housing, changed spark plug boots, had ignition...

A misfire doesn't always have to be ignition... it's just the most common cause. Faulty or plugged injector, low compression. You need to check fuel pressure and test the fuel injector flow. Then check compression. If you don't have tools for these tests, take it to someone who does. Testing is much cheaper than throwing parts at the problem.
