I think the S1 uses a quick release system. The method is the same as is used on off road bicycles, (mountain bikes).
There is a lever attached to the axle. (See photo), Flip this all the way over. Use this lever to spin the axle anti-clockwise, spinning it like the hands of a clock. This should unscrew the axle, slide it out and the wheel should drop out. Any questions comment below.

Is this a golf bag buggy, or like a hand truck?

I needed new pneumatic wheels for a hand truck trolley, and it was cheaper to buy a new trolley from Supercheap Auto !!

Big B wasn't cheaper.

Utube can help or get to the fuses....call a shop tellum u bot the cart there and talk to servicedept

Paul, your solution does not apply to the GoKart electric golf trolley. Please use the following procedure to replace the bearings in the GoKart front wheel;1. Unscrew one of the round black plastic nuts on the end of the front wheels spindle.2. Hold the remaining nut, and by twisting and pulling on it, the front wheel spindle can be pulled out.3. You can then remove the front wheel.4. Remove the old bearings and fit the new ones. They just push into the front wheel.5. Clean and grease the spindle before re-assemby.

go to a golf supply shop ( golf course pro shop for starters) and ask for spares but new wheels will be an easier fix
can get new wheels from e-bay if you know the axle size

drop it all down in one go through the bottom then jack vehicle up and pull the engine assembly out ,i always drop onto a sort of trolley with castor wheels on but the middle bit is only 1cm off the ground it has a belly with the wheels on each corner that have L brackets to give the height to support the castor

undo centre wheel hub nut 30mm/32mm, socket. undo lower wish-bone outer bolts, disconect battery,/remove starter motor,/remove transmission mounting bolts to body frame ,/ remove all surrounding bolts around bell housing transmission,/ remove clutch cable from transmission,/ remove drive shafts from centre hub and transmission,/ make sure car is standing on axle stands at front of jacking points,/use a trolley jack to suport engine sump with a piece of wood,/ slide transmission away from flywheel,/lower transmision on floor,/undo all clutch plate preasure bolts 10mm,/remove thrust bearing located on centre transmision shaft ,.also make sure if fitted speedo cable needs to be removed.new clutch plate should indicate flywheel ,without fitting clutch plate wrong way round/otherwise transmision will not bolt to engine block.,
