Possible failure within the camera, possible that the circuit board or connection has been damaged in the fall. If you notice any of these on close examination then it is important to open the camera to get an inside view , to test the circuit board, check if the main battery power comes to the main board- if there is any break of the battery line from the battery enclosure.
Is is most possible that the +B from the battery terminals is open due to the fall and must be checked.
There can be a mechanical break or a lens mounting break due to the fall and so the camera must be opened out to reset the lens hood.
You will need some experience to remove carefully and checck the drive for the dislocation of the motor control.
It can be a visual indicatiion to the fault if looked in and can be removed ,reset or the brokedn part glued into the mount.
first make a small hook on the end of a straightened paper clip. insert the hook and pull up rotating the hook as you pull up. being careful not to bend the spring near the hole. once the back door is opened check the rewind shaft, there should be a beveled edge on the collar of the shaft. rotate the shaft while pushing up. if no beveled edge on the shaft use the paper clip to push the spring out of the way while inserting the shaft. if it still will not return file a bevel on the collar of the shaft. I am assuming there is no film in the camera as the canister will prevent the shaft from falling in.

Or take camera to local repair shop for fix.
do a reset on the phone take out the batery and put it back in, if you have already doen that and it doesnt work still i would reset the settings byy goign into security options in your settigns tab and to reset settings to factory settings. but put all your pics, rigntones and contacts saved on your computer first. do you have a memory card? if you get one this could fix the issue as well
Test a different battery (one you know is good) on the camera and see if you still have the problem. If with you still have the problem then probably it is a short. Check first in battery contacts, if you can see a short there than it is an easy fix, otherwise you need to open the camera and test contact inside.
