Take the toner cartridge out and shake it well. The powder has moved to one end of the cartridge during the move.

The error code indicates the toner is not supplying for (Y). The hopper motor is locked. The probable cause the sensor is not detect within 5sec. when motor is on at hopper assy. Check. the sensor,clean-replace,check the jam of motor gears,check the harness up to DC con board, check the DC con board.

1. Turn off printer.
2. retaining button Resume/Cancel press button POWER - indicator it will catch fire by green color.
3. let go button Resume/Cancel, continuing to retain POWER.
4. press button Resume/Cancel of 2 times, retaining POWER, after which let go all buttons.
5. when indicator will be lit BY GREEN - press button Resume/Cancel of 4 times.
6. turn off printer by button POWER. Power on again

i have the cannon ir 3225 and i use id management & pasword but i forgot the management id and pasword...how to riset pasword and solve the problem

The network setting for the scanner driver may be incorrect. Check the IP address of your scanner and then set the IP address on the scanner driver.

1- The steps of setting the IP address may differ depending on your operating system.

For XP operating system:
Click Start > Control Panel > Printers and Other Hardware > Scanners and Cameras.

For windows 7 operating system:
Start > Control Panel > ... View scanners and cameras.
2- Right click on the scanner icon for your machine and select Properties.

3- Click Network Setting tab and select Specify your machine by address.
4- Enter the IP Address you confirmed from the snanner menu or ask your network administrator and click OK.

you need to clear thepassword in this order touch ADD FUNC key then the 2 and 8 keys together then touch ADD FUNC key again lcd screen should change touch copier then function then clear then pwd then ok then yellow reset 3 times that should do it
