When you remove the rear cover the video driver board is the centre board, this contains the ICs that process the audio/video signals that are inputed by either antenna/scart/hdmi sources. This is where the Cortez & Hurricane ICs are located. You can easily identify it as it is the board that has your input sockets attached to it.

the instruction aren't much help either. this was a watch they discontinued pretty shortly after they released it. poor instructions and poor usability. great watch company though. this one was just a dog.
this was taken from a page off amazon: "Try to use the following for setting. 

Press/hold with the upper left button until LIGHT OFF on the display. 

Use lower left to select hour, min, date........ 

Use upper/lower buttons for adjust hour, min, date......

it worked for me. i have several of their watches, but like i said, this one was one of their "dogs"
