My business cards will not print from Printmaster Gold to HP 2410 Printer. Everything else prints except business cards. I get a box that indicates the are printer but nothing prints.

According to your problem you want print a business card and face the with font size & background
colour. It may caused your printer settings.

# First check your paper size in your printer propreties. It must be visiting card size.
# check printing resolution.
# printing quality in printing preferences should be suitable for a card printing.

for your second problem find the background graphics option in your printer properties and set it
properly.

What is your Printer model?

You need to enter the printer properties in your control panel and turn on the duplex feature. In properties you select paper size, orientation, print quality, and also duplex printing.

Try running it in compatibility mode.

If there still pending job to print. Cancel all printing job until all printing job is clear. Then power off the printer and then power on again to refresh its print que.

Verify no pieces of the card paper are missing and try printing on plain paper to make sure. Then try new card paper and make sure none of the perforations are separated.

there should be a box to allow you to enter figures for the margins in the setup print job bottom margin etc put a figure in here usually centimetre or millimetres adjust untill your perfect print test page

you have to change the setting on the printer. goto start, control panel, printer and faxes, choose the printer your using and right click your printer and click on printing preferences. change the size of paper that you want and click apply. It may be alittle different on mac but find where your printer is and change the settings. I hope it works for you.
