Tray 2 Feeder UP/Down abnormality.

Paper behind the draw or the paper not properly placed in the draw. DO NOT STORE EXTRA PAPER in the draw because there is extra space the extra space is for 11x17

Remove the second draw and remove the paper from behind it. Then remove the extra paper in the second draw that is sitting on the left hand side that is not A STORAGE location . It is for 11x17 paper.

error code c0204 means the yellow drum unit corona has failed the drum unit needs to be replaced this unit may also be called an image unit

C0204 is an error to tell u that behind the tray 2, you'll have a paper that satyed after a jam. remove the paper, and push the interrupter ON/OFF. it will solve the pb.

Pull out the trays, locate the metal tab on the copier frame that is held in with one screw. Remove the screw and angle the tray out.

Tray two elevator motor failure. Make sure you dont have anything sitting under the trays and also make sure the trays are level
