Transcend cefc unit will not power up. Glow light on power supply is on

Hi Margaret , Does the glow plug wait to start indicator light on the dash come on ? And then go off after a couple of min. ? Check fuse K 20 amp in the under hood fuse box .This is one of three B+ power supplies to the glow plug control module > Two fusible link's are also B+ power supplies to the module . There is a 10 amp fuse located in the inside fuse box , fuse # 17 , this is power for the indicator light !

check the relay for the g-plugs as it is not supplying power to the glo-plugs. Check that there is power getting to the relay to energise it to get power to the plugs.. Probably a fuse is blown

bad power supply replace the case.

the control /timer unit is faulty by the sound of it ,but it could be a wiring problem ,check that when it comes on next you are supplying power to the heaters if you are supplying power then either ignore it or renew the unit but they are expensive

Your glow plug controller is out, or there is an interruption in its power source, etc. Diesels are coldblooded by nature, and most need glow plugs to heat them up before starting in cold weather. The controller supplies the power to the glow plugs, but if it goes bad, or its supply of power isn't there, it won't start in cold weather, and that wait to start light which is also controlled by it won't come on.

Since you see a the power button light up green there is a chance that the power supply is still good. Try updated the firmware. You can get it from the infocus website. If that doesn't work then something is wrong with the power supply. I can repair it if you'd like. My ebay screen name is gtitubro.

try to change your power supply unit..

it mayb your power supply capasitor not working properly..
