Can you observe any LED lights on the monitor panel when you try to turn it on. If no then check your power cables. If you can see the LED lights but screen does not show try to unplug the VGA/HDMI cable and clean it by blowing air through the plug and then reconnect it. Also try to turn on the monitor without connecting it to the monitor as this will verify if the monitor is OK because if it is it should display a message to check the input signal or no input signal is detected. If it does and you are still not having a display then the problem is probably in your CPU and more specifically in the VGA card.

i tried pulling out all the chords and memory of the cpu but the same the cpu is working the monitor no picture
