I'm trying to install the cordless iTouch keyboard (CE 0678) and mouse. The mouse works but not the keyboard. I looked for a reset button on the back but no luck.

If you can, check your wireless mouse with another computer to determine if it is working or not. If it works on the other computer, remove any M510 drivers from your computer. Plug the wireless adapter back in, and see if you computer recognizes it and the port it is plugged into (control panel/system/devices). If the computer recognizes it and loads software, try your mouse again.
This problem was happening on my system but i managed to fix it easily! What has happened is your itouch software has become corrupt so it will only recognise your keyboard thus the usb connection. You will need to download/install off disc onto your computer again but do NOT go to uninstall program manager on windows as it will not appear there because even though you can access the itouch configuration panel, the database is corrupt and the administrative system will not recognise this. Just download/install via disc and it will just install with no alerts unlike most programs which will recognise the program is already installed onto the system. Once the setup is 92% it will freeze for a second then the found new hardware window will appear on screen go through that process and your mouse is back to normal and your keyboard will work via itouch software.
(Please note that this will only work on windows)
I have a battery free mouse on a pad that connects as usb for power to the laptop with a reatilpus brand. i have contacted retailplus company. i was told they dont carry that model anymore and suggest i get a diffrent mouse. i have been dependent on this battery mouse. the problem is that it works on and off. when i plug it it says usb not recognize and other times it just works. please assist.
The keyboard must still be connected to the back of the computer. The keyboard is only wireless to the transmitter.
Check line of sight to transmitter. Double check all connections (wires) to the computer. Unless something is damage most all wireless keyb are quite reliable.
