I have found that Home Depot and Lowe's (the bigger hardware stores) do not carry something like this. I alway got to my Local ACE Hardware where they have a whole isle with nothing but screws, nuts, bolts and fasteners. I always find what I am looking for there. So if you have a little hardware store in your area then I suggest trying them. It is alittle more expensive than the bigger guys but always worth it cause you can buy one, Two or 100.

Too little or too short? I've installed a few of these mounts and they should have come with a variety of different size screws. Is it possible the mount is not rated for your TV? Samsung should be able to provide you with thread size. I thought they were standard metric machine screws. Just watch length. That's where the damage could occur should scvrews go too deep into set.

Zenith flat screen stand cant mount it on back

What exactly are you trying to mount it to? if you are trying to wall mount it make sure the mounting kit lists your television as cooperating. Some universal kits only use certain configurations as there is no standard between televisions as to where the screw mounts are on the box, this may cause you to need a specific kit.

Trying to figure out how to convert the base to a wall mount since it appears that it is set up to do this.

first get a wall mount kit. ikea sells them cheaply.

there should be 4 screw holes on the back of the screen. screws goes in there.

first drill 2 holes on the wall
mount the ikea kit using expanding bolt
then screw in the ikea kit on the monitor
just hang the monitor on the wall side.

but..... 15 inch is a bit smallish for wall mount... dont ya think?

How to mount a conia CL3201HDR on the wall, no screws in box and not sure what thread size to purchase.

You need to purchase the wall mount separately. They range from a simple "on the wall" mount to swivels and extending mounts, and can be very expensive for the fancy features.

First, make sure your set is wall mountable. In the center of the rear of the set there will be a square arrangement of bolt holes. I do not know of any newer sets without them, but it does not cost anything to take a look and make sure.

Next, you need to decide on a mount. Personally, I did not want to spend allot, so I found a very inexpensive, yet good quality, "straight" mount at Sears for around $25.00. It does not extend or swivel, but all I wanted was to get it on the wall. Different screws and bolts were supplied with it and I was able to match up what worked for the back of my set.

Now, THE MOST IMPORTANT PART!!!!!

You ABSOLUTELY MUST find where your wall studs are! This is CRITICAL! DO NOT use any kind of expanding bolt to mount your set or it will eventually come loose and FALL!

I had an inexpensive "stud finder" (around $10-15) to show me where the wall studs are... Sears sells them too....You want to bolt your TV wall mount to the studs using 1/4" stud or lag bolts (they look like oversized wood screws) for maximum strength, if your mount will accept bolts that thick. Also use flat washers on the bolts. If your TV mount has its mounting bolt holes too wide apart for bolting to a standard 2" wide stud, mount a 6X6" piece of 1/2 plywood through your wall to the stud, using at least 4 #10 deck screws...it may be overkill, but it will be secure... my personal saying is, "If I can't hang from it, neither can my TV!" This is critical if you want to use a fancy swiveling mount that extends out since it will add stress to where you bolt it to the wall.

My mount was in two pieces.... a section that bolted to my wall, after I mounted a piece of plywood as I described above. This piece has a large pin that sticks up, and the part that mounts to my set (with the screws provided by the manufacturer of the mount) has a receiving hole that slides over the pin. When I need to take my set down, I simply lift it straight up.

I hope my long-winded solution did not bore you, and I wish you the best in hanging your set. Please take a minute and rate my solution.

Is there a wall mount kit I can purchase for my Proview 3200 326

There are pretty much wall mounts for every flat screen tv out there. Target sells them. You just purchase by using the size of your tv and there should be brackets that match the screw slots on the back of your tv.

I have a wall mount installed already but dont know how to attach the TV - model LA32R71B to it, should I have some bolts or nuts as there are 4 bolt holes in the back of the TV but I dont know the thread...

The wall mounting kit should come with all kind of screws to attach the mounting barckets to the back of the TV. Most TV uses metric M5 or M6 screws for the mounting holes on the back of TV, you should be able to get them at HD or LOWE for about 35 cents each.
My kits come with a bunch of Metric screws. Do you have the instruction sheet of the mounting kit?
