Question about HP OfficeJet 6110 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I changed the black ink cartridge recently and when I rebooted the computer and printer, all the lights on the diplay panel started blinking rapidly. Could the cartridge be defective?
Yes the cartridge cud be defective the printer might not recognize the chip of that cartridge, i suggest that you replace it with a new one or you can also try to re-insert it again.

re-plug the printer into the power source to reset it. When the printer turns
