Lainer 5245 cs code 329-00

Service mode or maintenance mode:
turn off machine
Hold stop/start & escape and then turn on power
press OK

Go into SP mode. Saw it there once when I was just fooling around in SP modes at work. Enter SP mode with pressing the yellow clear all button, then 107 and holding down the red stop button. .

sc546 is a fuser ready temp problem.
it requires a reset procedure: enter SP mode.touch Copy SP..touch SP DIRECT then press 7807# on the keypad then execute...turn power off and then back on

CS = Cable Select
DS = Master
SP = Spare (Slave)

That code requires going into the SP (Service Protocol) mode. If you have the service manual, it will tell you which buttons to press to enter it and to exit service mode. Once you enter service mode, power down the printer. If that doesn't reset, you have to go back into service mode, go the the SC/Fuser reset SP and once executed, power down then restart. Hint: you have to go to "SERVICE" then 1 will display. Press the right arrow key until you reach "5" then press the OK button. You can then right or left arrow until you find the reset SP. try executing sp 5810
if there is no 5810 just turn machine off while in sp mode using the red on/off switch
This should clear the code

however if there is a problem with your fuser the code will come back.
Caution dont reset multiple times in a row or you will do damage to the machine or fuser from it getting too hot

The problem in the fuser unit.Check and clean the rollers ,thermistors,thermofuses.

forget the laser unit your developer is shot... machine cant detect vsp and vsg... therefore gives a laser error... replace developer run developer initialization in sp mode copy sp drum... should solve the problem

return SP1-902-1 to 0. Then, the SC will
be cleared.
