SOURCE: Magnet fell off one of the top speaker on my soundsticks

this just happened to me and i used two twisty ties for garbage bags to fix the problem.

thread them through the holes in the top speaker, the one that's loose. then simply pull it back into place. you'll hear a satisfying "click."

My wife dropped one of my harman kardon sound sticks and the top row of small speakers have dislodged how do i fix this as they dont seam to open ??

Find some adhesive such as Liquid Nails or Gorilla Epoxy and put a small amount on the speaker that has become dislodged. Make sure that the area where you put the adhesive will come in contact with the rest of the speaker tower.

One of the transducers in my Harman Kardon Soundsticks III is loose. How can I reattach in the tube?

HI, the best way is to use a 4 1/2" long nose plier. 1. Insert the plier in to the center hole of the satellite's transducer that has come loose (small round speaker that comes in a set of four inside the clear tube) 2. Gently pull until the transducer is in position (edges aligned, wires not tangled in the rear) 3. Give a thorough pull until the transducer is flush against the tube housing (make sure not to clasp the point on the transducer's grill to roughly inorder to minimize damage to the surface) 4. Enjoy P.S. I went to the hardware store and purchased the pliers for $3.99 if you don't already have a pair handy.

Harmon Kardon SoundSticks II sub-woofer cleaning

These "proposed solutions" obviously have absolutely NO relation to the problem stated. Which by the way is far too typical of this site. :(

How can I get my Harman Kardon Soundsticks 1 to work on my PC?

The USB version of the soundsticks was specifically designed for the mac and they worked just by plugging them in and then telling the system to use them instead of the analogue outputs. Unless someone has produced drivers for Windows XP for these speakers I think that you will probably not be able to use them.

How do I disassemble + clean Harmon Kardon SoundStick subwoofer?

Check for a Fuse. Mine is an older model and has a Fuse right next to the power cord. It probably has a slot for a flathead screwdriver.

No sound from Soundsticks

Pannik

First things first:

1) time to change your stick speakers.
2) if got warranty, use it, if not, have to RMS them but I just
counsel you to change for others.
