My daughter has a zeepad 7.0 android tablet. its suck on the too many attempts gmail account page and it want let me go to the main menu to setting to cut the wifi on. I've tried the hard reset which is holding the volume buttons and power buttons down at the same time and it still does not reset it. I need HELP please!!! Thanks.

Go to settings, look for clock etc. etc.

1. Power of the device.
2. Now,Hold down both volume+ and power button simultaneously, you should get an android on its back opened.
3. Press both volume + or - to open up a small blue text menu.
4. Then use Vol - and Vol + to navigate the Recovery mode.
7.)Select "Factory Data Reset", press power, choose "yes" from the menu then press power again.

Go to Settings -> Storage -> Factory Data Reset.
If that is not an option, then:
1. Power of the device completely.
2. Hold down both volumes and power at the same time. This should bring up an image of an android on its back, opened up.
3. Press both volumes at same time to open up a small blue text menu.
4. Then use Vol - and Vol + to navigate the Recovery mode.
5. Select "Factory Data Reset", press power, choose "yes" from the menu then press power again.
6. Your zeepad should now be reset

Delete the account on the tablet and recreate its the quickest way to fix gmail account problems on any tablet.

You could spend hours or days trying to find the problem but deletion and recreation will save you hours of hair pulling.

If it's invalid, it's more than likely you got your google account wrong, check on your computer and if it still doesn't work try to reset your password, or simply start a new google account.

Wait a while, and if it still isn't working try to use a new google account.
