I cant load music on my motorola w233. i have a mico sd card in it. i am runing visa home pre. any sugg
I also have the W233. Love the 9 hour battery- great for music. I was having problems getting music to load but I just figured it out and it now works. 1) make sure usb cable is for data and not just charging. 2) make sure the music files are a supported file type such as MP3, because WML is NOT a supported file type for this phone (I had to change my Windows Media Player Rip options so that it was Riping to my computer as MP3, the default is WML. Then I had to delete and re-rip music as MP3 that I wanted on my phone). 3) also, the manual for the W233 says it only supports upto 2GB micro sd card, and only guarantees San-Disk but I used a 2GB Lexar and it works.
Hope that helps anyone
Launch iTunes.
Connect your media player with SanDisk memory card installed to your computer through its USB adapter.
Wait for the player's device icon to appear in the iTunes Source pane.
Drag and drop music titles from the library pane directly onto the device icon.
The music will sync onto the player's SD storage.
hope this helps

I hope English is your SECOND language, because it needs help.
In my Motorola, I put the SD card in the phone, formatted it, which created the sub-folders, then put it in my PC and dragged the MP3 files to the My Music folder.
