Programming
When
Remote control added or replaced. System malfunction.
How
Switch ignition ON. Press and hold lock button Fig. 1 [2] for approximately 10 seconds. Keeping lock button depressed, press and hold unlock button within 10 seconds. Programming mode activated (acoustic signal will be heard). Proceed as follows: Release lock/unlock button. Complete the following within 30 seconds: Press lock or unlock button of first remote control. Correct programming indicated by a single acoustic signal. Press lock or unlock button of second remote control. Correct programming indicated by a single acoustic signal. Repeat above procedure to program any remaining remote controls. Remote controls can also be programmed using diagnostic equipment.
NOTE: A maximum of 4 remote controls can be programmed.

Yes it will. Go log in to the Logitech program software and there, at the upper left is a button that simply reads, "Reorder Activities"

Click that button, reorder to your heart's content and update your remote.

I had the same problem so I pulled my remote apart. The remote has two types of switches - little button mechanical switches and surface contact switches. The activities button is a mechanical button switch that has a small domed piece of metal that goes over concentric rings on the circuit board. this is all under a sticky white piece of insulating sheet. I carefully pulled up the white sheet and cleaned the contacts on the board and on the circuit board. I put it all back to gether and the switch now works fine. Very delicate work but that is the only way to fix the problem.

You can call the company and give them the model number MX-350 and they sell for around $4.00 a piece. I bought 2 in case I lost another one.

i bought a ross remote control as i lost mines while i was moving houses & it works fine but when he batteriies ran out it resets its self & now i dont have the code to out in bk it for the remote towork again

acquire universal remote.
acquire exact replacement from mfg if avail.

no alternative if your remote is destroyed.
based on your need to access menus with it.

then hope your dog develops a taste for something else.

to that, my dogs chew bully sticks. it satisfies their need to chew. which is a really big drive. and they cost a bit, but last a long time.
and its cheaper than replacing remotes and furniture, shoes and other things.
and your dog will be extremely happy.
costc has started carrying them.
most pet stores carry them.
they are also known as pizzle.
you really don't want to know more about them.
they will keep your dog happy when otherwise bored.
