Hi
Your tv set may have an overload in the supply line. Check its rectifier diode and filter capacitor. Another approach is to check if the DC supply line of the switch mode controller IC (UC4842 for exemple).is present (10/12V). If these are OK, replace the switching MOSFET transistor and check the source resitor for open circuit.

Possibly the main Power Regulator is damaged!!!
Open the case, then look for anything that burned out, replace it!!!
If still won't start, you need a multimeter, soldering iron, try locate output diode on power regulator board, then measure the voltages, it has 3-4 type of voltages;
first diode it should around 115V-130 V DC.
Second diode it should around 24 V DC.
Third diode it should around 11-16 V DC.
Fourth ( if exist), check diode and should around 5 V DC.
The problems usually start on second diode, if persist, follow the circuit board.

Dear sir/Madam,
Check power supply(SMPS) section.Check/replace all electrolytic capacitor without power capacitor and resoldaring power supply section after then check horizontal output transistor.
thanking you

The power supply may have failed, or something on one of the boards became defective. The set would have to be properly troubleshooted by an experienced TV technician to determine the point of failures. Many times, when these sets fail there are a number of faults that occurred.
The cost of servicing an older set can be fairly expensive, and parts may be difficult to find. I would consider replacing the set.
