First look for the set button then press it ,a long press and If it is blinking that's the time you to select the hour ,the minutes,the day/date,the alarms and the special features of your watch.The right button the up and down or for scrolling.Try all of this so your time will set.

I cant work my fossil FS4251 BLACK STAINLESS STEEL WATCH

You can obtain instructions for your watch by going to "fossil.com".

At the bottom of the page you will see "customer care", click on this and under product info you will see a section called "watch instructions". Click on this and you will see a list of diagrams and instructions.

Pick the one that looks like yours and download the instructions.

i'm not sure the references of your watch are correct, but if it is a Quarz movement such as the RAYMOND WEIL Tango Ladies Watch or RAYMOND WEIL Tango Mens Watch you will find the instruction manual about setting and operating the alarm on the Instructions for use page of the official website : Watch Instructions page ( direct link to Watch instructions in pdf ).
