Most keyboards can be taken apart easily and cleaned with alcohol. remove the screws from rear of keyboard and it will come apart being careful with the keys not falling all over. if its a laptop they are difficult to clean because you cant take the board apart. you can remove keys and clean with Q-tip.
see if something is stuck under it. a bit of lint, piece of food, etc. try shaking it out, blowing it out, vacuuming it out. happens all the time. good luck
