SOURCE: 2003 Nissan Altima 2.5S, Check Engine Light Problem.

this problem could be caused by the mass air flow censor, i had the same problem with my car. it is really pricey at the dealer so you might want to check elsewhere for this part. I found one at a scrap yard for 85% less that the dealer and i also got life time warranty, the dealer does not offer any warranty on this part.

SOURCE: 98 altima oil light on and off oil level fine car restarted and

If oil pressure is LOW this vehicle has a safety feature that will prevent vehicle from starting.(check oil level before you start) Now what I wan't you to do is to have the oil pressure switch checked or changed. This may be the reason why this vehicle is not starting or it can also be that the actual oil pressure is low. To check the oil pressure of the vehicle you will need an oil pressure guage. Remove the oil pressure switch and connect guage to oil pressure hole and check oil pressure while cranking vehicle. Some pressure testers can be connected to oil filter housing either is fine. If this vehicle has low oil pressure the reasons for that are bad oil pump, clogged oil pump pick up(from lack of oil change/poor mantainence) or bad connecting rod and main bearings but this usually have a warning from before (the engine will sound loud by knocking /clicking-tapping noise) It this was happening you may need to rebuild this engine or replace it. Good luck and Thanks for using FIX YA

I have an 03 r1 that hesitates on acceleration? Runs fine otherwise. In neutral it revs fine, just driving it hesitates

Sounds like a slipping clutch to me. I currently own a 2015 R6, and only have 2700 miles on it and it's doing the same thing. Brought mine to the shop and they informed me that the clutch was indeed slipping and would need to be replaced.

2009 ford mustang v6, standard, will not accelerate, no matter in which gear I am in why?

Sorry old son but your clutch sounds like it has gone to the big junk yard in the sky reserved for dead clutches . When a clutch starts to slip it will continue to do so until that is all it will do . solution a new clutch is required .

2003 nissa altima dies off while I'm driving. I put it in neutral and car starts up but as soon as I shift it to drive it dies. what is the problem?

The problem seems that of a car in need of a good tune up. Anyway it's the first step before one can start a good diagnostic.

2007 Mazda CX-9 has recently developed a front end vibration under heavy acceleration. Vibration disappears if shift to neutral at highway speed, engine rev's smoothly in neutral. Suspect engine...

Try to rev the engine while at neutral if you get the same vibration to pinpoint if its from the engine or the drive shafts. If the issue occurs at a certain rev it may likely be the variable valve unit. Check if possible if you can get errors from the computer.

Acceleration - cannot get above 40 miles per hr.

If the engine revs up while in drive and running at 40mph, your transmission is probably slipping. Try checking your transmission fluid level. If it is OK, I would get it by a garage to have them look at it to cofirm.
