All error code soloution of fuser unit Fuser Unit Error Status Counter
Purpose
When a fuser unit related error (error code C41, C43, C44 or C45) occurs, the set value of the fuser status
counter varies, depending on type of error.
Displaying and checking the set value of the fuser status counter can analyze a cause for the error. If
any of "2 to 9" is set at the fuser status counter, the fuser unit will not be operated for safety reasons.
After the fuser unit related error is resolved, if "0" is set, the fuser unit will be operated as usual. If any of
"10 to 19" is set at the fuser status counter, the fuser unit will be operated as usual, even if "0" is not set
after the fuser unit related error is resolved.
C41: Thermistor or heater abnormality at power-ON
C43: Thermistor abnormality after abnormality judgment
C44: Heater abnormality after abnormality judgment
C45: Thermistor abnormality during printing

Description
When this code is used, the current set value of the fuser status counter is displayed. Only "0" can be
manually entered, in order to restore the fuser unit to its normal operation, after the fuser unit related
error is resolved.
For further reason why the counter value differs despite the same error code, refer to 5.1.7 or 5.1.8

SVC F5 error

I think the F5 error is a fuser failure error. Check that the fuser is seated correctly in the printer.
If the error does not come up all the time perhaps you can check the fuser is getting hot.
If available perhaps try substituting the fuser for a replacement known good fuser to fully identify the fuser as the cause of the error

I have a printer (hp color laserjet 4700dtn) that is showing, on the control display, an error code of 59.30. I have replaced the fuser, however it did not correct the issue

If you are using reman toners, try changing them 1st, remove all 4 and power on. If it asks for the toner, install one at a time and let it ask for the next one. This will also helo isolate the problem toner or fuser.

The 59.3 and 59.4 errors are related to the fuser/delivery motor but were left out of the service manual. A 59.3 error indicates an abnormal fuser motor start. A 59.4 error indicates a fuser motor rotation error.
The fuser is customer replaceable.
Note in the case notes for the CE to verify the customer has power cycled the printer and tried a different fuser before going on site.

Fuser/Delivery Drive * (see Technicians note below)

TECHNICIANS: The Fuser Delivery Drive assembly will rarely ever need to be replaced for any issue. If a defective Fuser Delivery Drive assembly is suspected call HP Support for further assistance. The procedure to replace it is not in the Service Manual.
Technician troubleshooting instructions - 59.3 and 59.4 errors
The recommended actions are as follows:
Power cycle the printer and verify error is still present.
Reseat the fuser and power cycle the printer to see if error is still present.
Replace the fuser assembly.
Check and reseat the cable connections at the fuser motor.
Replace the fuser motor.

2840 printer 50.1 & 50.2 error dometimes 13.0 error

Thanks CoolDragon. Ifollowed your advice and eventually replaced it.

After trying to pull out and reseat the fuser a few times (I would even get one or two prints out of it each time), I finally ordered another fuser and problem has gone away. I did google and purchasing site searches (pricegrabber, pricewatch, etc) and found a decent priced site, that also gave discount for your returned bad unit (they gave you so many days to return it), otherwise they'd charge your credit card for the extra dsicount they had origanlly given.
