Dell pickbridge photo 924 printer

I don't have a disk to install printer and my lap top doesn't have the driver to install it. how can I install it

I have the Pictbridge photo 924 installed on my desktop and wish to install it on my laptop but have misplaced the installation CD. How or where can I get a CD to install?

power off and on a few times and now printer will not communicate. PC says printer off line.

follow that link and it takes you to the dell driver site, you can either specify your model from the list on the right or enter the service tag on the left as shown in the picture.

I have a Dell 924 all in one printer. How do I get it to work??

You Need to connect your printer to your computer with the USB cable.
Then Install the drivers from the CD which came along with your printer.
Follow the onscreen instructions while installing the drivers and software.

Once its Installed Start using your printer.

If you don't have the Driver CD, you can download it from the Internet.

Go to http://support.dell.com

Download the driver and install it.

I have a new I-Mac Computer and an Photo 924 Dell printer. Printer will not print.

There are no known working drivers to make a Dell Photo 924 work on a Mac. This printer is a rebadged Lexmark that uses a proprietary firmware that will only work with Dell drivers and there are none for MACs. You will need to replace the printer...and no, the standard Lexmark drivers will not work with a Mac OS.

Chose the right windows version in the box on web page above.

After download is complete install drivers.

Adding network printer

nope..you can do this, but you'll need the install disk, or the software on your drive, so the 'chooser' can see it.

if you don't have the old disk, go here, get new drivers for your model number, install them,

then add that printer. when it asks for the model, use Have Disk. then your computer will go search for the new drivers

should work nicely
