SOURCE: display intermittant for few weeks, now no display or oven control
real easy trouble shoot, check the wiring diagram out and find where the line voltage goes into the board. if you have voltage to the board and no display it is very likely a bad board also make sure you have ground pathway from the board. you can have voltage to the board but if no ground pathway then the board will not work. a cheapo meter from sears etc. will work

I have a CRE9500ADE and has fuses way behind the drawer under the oven,
there is a 15 amp fuse for the clock and controles the way see it.

That is normal, whenever you cut power the range goes in Off mode, that is a safety standby mode. The same as you first installed the kitchen.
No faulty thing and no need to take apart anything, do not disassemble the appliance.
The usual procedure to activate back the kitchen range is by downpressing the timer main wheel.
If this does not work, then there must be a different command, check the user instructions , or try playing withthe controls.
