Our pc's do not recieve a signal from the camera. It worked now it doesn't. I try to connect camera to PC but no signal

To download the pictures you need the driver for the camera ...this can be downloaded from the support site if you do not have it ..but from what you said it seam that the issue may be of other cause..
The camera need to be powered and on ..in the moment you connect it to the computer ..and also you need to confirm the pc connection from the camera in the moment you connect ti .make sure you have its driver installed .
Try to connect in a different usb port ..cause even if the driver is missing the computer should react on the usb device being plugged and ask for the driver.
If no port will react ..try the camera oin another computer ..and like I said always make sure it is powered and on ... If it makes no reaction in another computer ..than something is wrong with the camera .Another method to download the pictures..is to use the card from the camera directly into a card reader and copy the pictures from it ..

this is teh picture browser it uses...be sure you select the operation system you run ..and also make sure you download the full program first and the upgrade after ..cause the update download may not work without the original one ..(down on the list ) ..

if you can't connect to the PC using USB try test other USB

if you test other USB and still can't connect..you need to give it to the qualified technician..

but for the mean time you can use the sd card of your camera then insert it to the card reader..

after that you can copy the picture from camera to the PC.

If your pictures in camera memory, try to move it to your memory card. While your camera does not paired successfully with PC, you use the card reader to your pictures by PC.

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

You may also try to check if the cable you're using to connect your camera to your pc is not damaged because usually the cable is the one causing the issue.

Are you not getting audio to the television speakers and the onkyo reciever speakers when connected HDMI thru the reciever or just the television. If it is just thru the television then it is because the reciever is grabbing the HDMI audio signal and converting it so it does not reach the TV. If it is both then try changing the HDMI signal output from PCM to DOLBY DIGITAL on the computer. Your reciever may not be able to process the PCM signal of the computer. Does the reciever show a PCM or DOBLY DIGITAL display when HDMI is hooked up to it?

are you using the software that came with the camera
it sounds like you are trying to just move the video from the camera to your pc using the microsoft operating system software. microsoft operating software doesn't recognize the file type the camera saved the video in.

If you are using the camera software then remove it and Windows do the Work. If are sill having trouble, Then invest in a USB card reader.
