It sounds that some firmware error has occured. You have to enter the 'service mode' setting window to see, whether there has some errors. Service mode window is entirely different to that of user adjustment window. You must have sound knowledge in electronics to enter and adjust the data values there in service mode. Enter / Exit Service Mode To enter Service Mode press the Enviro Plus and Spin Only keys (simultaneously) for three seconds or until the control beeps.
