No big deal. You need a new toner cartridge, part number SCX-4521D3. Thi toner yields up to 3,000 pages, except the one that comes with the machine that will last no more than 800 pages.

My Samsung SCX-4521F printer displays TONER LOW

It means that you will be out of toner soon and you won't be able to print.

I do recommend that you always have a spare.
