Ive lost my hotkeys on my keyboard

Sounds like your keyboard driver has either stopped working or has been removed. Keyboards will function as normal without specific drivers but hotkeys etc. wont work. Look at the manufactures web site for keyboard drivers, usually they are pretty good at providing the downloads. without them installed correctly hotkeys will not work. Once installed run the software and check the keys assignments.

Hotkeys blocked

If the hotkeys on a laptop for example, are not performing their designated functions, it may be a good idea to reinstall the drivers that come with said laptop, they are usually found on discs included in a laptop's packaging, this is because when these drivers are not installed, Windows will not recognise them, and either ignore commands from them all together, or perform their alternative function.
One can download the Panasonic Toughbook Hotkey Drivers from this webpage...
