it is cheaper to go and buy new unit than is to buy circuit board and print head unless you have money to spend.

i think you can some time buy new printer color around $ 30.00 dollars USA, look for rebates, coupons.

new unit come with everything most of the time, take your printer cable with you so you make sure your getting the right machine. now if you have the printer cable that has parallel printer cable, than i recommand buying a newer printer that uses USB type connector on both ends of the printer cable, than you will be up to date.

What was the cost to buy it or a new one? How long have you had it. If the circuit board needs diagnosing and repair that could add up quickly in cost.

No need to buy a new main control board !
The problem is mainly from the fuse that soldered in the main control board, go to buy a "125V 15A or 250V 15A" fuse ($5.00 a pack of 5 pcs), cut the burnt fuse from the board, re-soldered the new fuse into the board, the refrigerator work again. you save $80 for the labour cost of the technician and $180 for the cost of a new main board.

If the thermostat behind the left side of the fill tray goes bad, the cycle will stop completely. Cost of thermostat is $20.00. Cost of new icemaker with new motor and everything including thermostat is $45.00, brand new, on EBay plus shipping. Cost for new icemaker from repair shop, $153.00 plus tax. Control board circuit panels each side of freezer compartment will go bad also stopping the ice maker cycle. these control boards come in pairs, one for each side of freezer compartment. Cost for new circuit panel control board from repair shop, $215.00. Cost from EBay brand new circuit control board $45.00 plus $8.00 shipping. Easy to install both, icemaker and control board circuit panels. Phillips screw driver and small socket set is all you need for removing and installing these items.

Sorry, but your scanner is about 16 years old, and factory replacement parts are no longer stocked. If you really like this model though, you might check current eBay listings. I noticed three ongoing auctions for functional BC120XLT scanners, with current prices ranging from $11.50 to $29.99. If you could find a new factory board, it would cost you at least that much.

Why do you need to buy a circuit board ? Did you try replacing the Capacitors? replacement circuit boards cost almost the same as the price of new monitor.

its a circuit board problem.it has to be replaced.to resolve the problem.but the circuit board is very costly issue to repait.it will cost you near to new machine.
but still your choise.you can get the board replaced or .......!

you dont need a new board just replace convergence ics that would be the way to go will cost you under 75.00 if you do it your self if you take it in it will cost you 250-350 depending on the shop
