If the supply equation is given as P Qs = -200 + 10P, the price elasticity of supply between R40 and R50, calculated using the arc elasticity of demand, is …

Think this is what the question is asking but not 100 percent sure . What does your text book say ?
First, apply the formula to calculate the elasticity as price increases from R40 at point A to R50 at point B
% change in price quantity PQs1 - PQs2 / (PQs1+PQs2)/2
% change in price = p1 - p2 / (p1 + p2)/2

Price elasticity of supply ========
% change in supply = 300 - 200 / (300+200)/2
100/250 =.4 becomes 40 %
% change in price = 50 -40 /(50+40)/2
10/45= .222 as % is 22.22 %
elasticity = % change in supply / % change in price
= 40 % / 22.22 % = elasticity of 1.8
My formula came from below

My video game plays very slow

Have you been able to play other modern games on your laptop? I'm thinking the graphics card built into the laptop simply might not be powerful enough to handle the game, unfortunately.

That particular graphics chipset has been known to not perform too well on more demanding games, even Modern Warfare 2.

Some steps you might take would be to lower some of the settings in the game. Turn off anisotropic filtering, anti-aliasing, anything you can lower to speed up gameplay. Adding RAM to your computer may also help, but I don't think you'll be able to get a completely fluid game out of that laptop sadly.
