Hi I have a quintum Tenor AF 8 PORT Has no dial Tone. Only Busy tone comes after about 1 min

it surely is no computer posted to computers.
it is some kind of land line, in what country we are USA.
sounds to me like you need to contact your land line service company,
or failed there ask the maker of this.
quintum Tenor AF 8 PORT
this is VOIP, not land line. (really its virtual land line via internet)
are you in India or UK? matters, and not told, sad , no?
call your service provider in YOUR country/

There are 6 potential volume adjustments for an Analog Tenor.
Rx & Tx at the Phone, Line & IP - Adjust them carefully, 1 dB at a time. There are some tests that can be run to test impedance too, which will ultimately affect audio quality.
