After the main power switch is turned on the green led goes on, then the AC relays two clicks, switches internal power off, and green led stays on (no red flashing). TV does not respond to remote pilot, no red diagnostic flashes. What has failed?

after you make repairs you can remove the 4A AC fuse and jumper a 150W light bulb across it. When set is turned on and no shorts are present, the bulb will glow. If it comes on bright, immediately turn off TV. More work needs to be done. If when Negative lead of VOM is connected to TP3 and the Positive lead to TP7 and with Plug P108 unplugged from power supply panel you have a low ohms reading, be sure to check D20 with one side lifted out of board. It is in series with a small RF choke and will read shorted if not unsoldered.

Humidity is an enemy to electronics Solder and coductive componets corrode quickly. Since you no longer have power I would just start trouble shooting at the power supply. AC in , yes look for fuse. There is a constant +5 volt from the power supply that goes to the main board. This voltage is present when set is plugged in . This maintains the micro at a standby condition. When turned on a turn on voltage is sent to the power board to turn on power supply. There are conditions that must be met by the micro before turn on is allowed. Lamp door switch is on. If you cant get this constant 5 volts even if you disconnect it from the main board then replace the power board. Hope this helps.

THE 10 flash code is for the power supply
The Seven flash code is for the SC pcb (ysus) it is best to change the SC, SU, SD pcbs as one can take one of the others out
and if you add a new SC and one of the others is faulty then you will have another dead SC pcb
