When i launch ArcSoft Media Converter for Philips, it opens a popup telling me to connect a philips device - even though my Philips GoGear is connected to the PC. I've verified that my GoGear firmware is up-to-date. I've tried reconnecting the device but still no result. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I finally figured out my problem. The program, Bonjour, had been removed from my computer. I reinstalled it at Apple downloads and my player is working just fine again. Here's the link, hope it helps you.

I, too, have the same problem. But mine is even broader in that my computer no longer recognizes my gogear at all. I get a funny connection sound and my gogear immediately goes to "okay to disconnect." This problem started immediately after renewing my Norton 360 program with help on-line from Norton. I'm wondering if it's the Norton anti-virus program causing the problem, because I'm also not able to hook up my mobile device and get a connection to sync music as well.
