No display is often caused by a wrong ram module.
I mean the mhz is wrong.
Your mainboard uses DDR2 667/800 if a higher mhz ram is inserted this can cause no display.
If the cpu fan is running, its the ram module that causes this issue.
But of course it could also be the power supply, or a bad graphic card.
Try to boot up with only one module, and make sure the module is correctly inserted in the slot.
