Don't have instructions to record my message on the digital answering machine

I have a uniden 5.8ghz digital cordless phone and have lost the instructions. I can't figure out how to record the answer machine message - does anyone know?

I believe you use the "memo rec" In the silver color on the base, second line of buttons on far left.

I have lost my manual and i dont know how to record a personal message on my answering machine and how to enter the code to retrieve my messages from another phone.

From your handset, you just have to press the mute button, your phone should start telling you the time, date, ect. press the #5 key and then the #8 key and start recording your message. When finished press the # 8 key again. Hope this helps
