My remote seems to be blocked

My ilo rc-370c seems to be blocked only the power button works it turns on and off but doesn't do anything else. is there any unblock codes?

I think they are junk mine did the same and it doesnt get any better . the speakers will start making a popping noise and my hdmi input dont work now so the tv is useless.

The set may have locked up internally; if you can, pull the AC plug overnight or for at least an hour to allow the circuitry to power down. BTW, our original Ilo remote, RC-370C, failed due to a thermal problem (freeze spray would make it work for a few minutes) and had to be replaced for $45. If it has developed a real problem, it may be junk; service is essentially non-existent. Wal-mart can really pick 'em.

How or where can I find a remote control for my ILO RC-370C. I live in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Thanks for your Help

Try website like Remotes.com to buy the tv original remote,best deal and will have all the original tv functions to it.Don't buy those cheap universal remotes,only have limited functions to ur tv model.

My ilo rc-370c wont turn on.the red light just blinks????????

If you get a flash on the red light when you try to turn it on and hear a popping noise. Unplug it then use a hair dryer to heat the inverter up on the right side (power button side) of the tv (up through the vents in the back for 10-15 mins). Plug it back in and turn on.

I think the Direct TV remote has a scan feature where it'll go through all the TV codes 1 at a time. Then if you see the TV go off, you stop the scan cycle and store it. Read the manual on how to do that. If it never turns off, then it's not compatible.

Tv will not change channels with the remote nor with buttons on tv

I ORDERED A NEW REMOTE FROM I too have this same problem. However I believe that my 32"ILO RC-370C TV is excellent. My problem is this cheap REMOTE that came with the TV. Maybe you might want to call this TV remote company. They give you a year's warranty on their remotes. My TV and remote was only 3 months old. The remote cost $34.99 plus S/S. 1-800-736-6837. Because my TV cost $900.00 later they went down to $800.00. I wish you all well. Miriam
