Check your DSL Filters on your house phones or anything connected to the phone line EXCEPT the modem. The modem should not have a filter on it. If this doesnt help I would recommend getting your ISP out to test the line because sometimes the resisitors or hardware in the box goes bad or at the DSLAM.

My guess may be you are looking for Telephone cable which you need to connect it to a wall outlet for internet line. You can purchase it any hardware shop or at an electronic shop.

On THIS page look for the link to file 5667USB34.zip it should be the USB driver you need.

Ensure you virus scan the file prior to unzipping as I cannot verify the file is safe or what you want.

Did you install the line filter to isolate the dsl side from plain telephone signals? Telephone equipment can interfere with dsl signals if the proper filters arent used. Read this: http://www.hometech.com/learn/dsl.html

Settings have been reset, call your ISP to have them help you go through the configuration again.

First, I would make sure you are using the right type of patch cable to connect to your cable/dsl modem. If this does not work, then you may have a problem with the device itself. At that point, call your Internet Service Provider, as they may be able to provide you with a replacement. If you did not receive this device from an ISP, then you will have to contact the manufacturer directly.
