call the customer service of your service provider ( AT&T,Vodafone,Verizon etc)....they will set up message center number on your phone , the one that you have might be incorrect...your mobile operator will send you sim updates that will refresh the settings ....and then you will get the text message options

Hello - If the RAZR V3 is a "branded" phone, Verizon, att, etc., there is no way to change it over to your carrier. Look under the phone battery. If there is no SIM card slot, there is no way to change the phone over to your carrie. I would suggest you go to http://www.motorola.com and check out their unlocked phones. They do an excellent job of explaining an unlocked phone.

i would check the mms/txts message settings number .
or contact your network sim card and ask them to send them to your phone so you can send recv text etc.

go to settings ---> call barring ---> then click on Data calls ----> cancel .

this should enable sms send and recieve.

it may be the program error so please reinstall it.

you need to go to www.mobile2mobile.net or www.gsmok.com or take the phone to a mobile service center and have them unlock the phone for you.

my unlocked razr v3 did the same thing. it is a result of the unlocking code. there is no longer a specified carrier so you cannot send or recieve picture message or connect to the internet. but try blue tooth to send pictures=]
