Cannot change date

In Idle mode, press Menu ? Settings ? Phone Settings ? Time & Date.

You should be able to change the time and date manually from there.

BEFORE COMPLETING A HARD RESET, BACKUP ANYTHING YOU HAVE STORED ON THE HANDSET, THIS INCLUDES CONTACTS*

1. Select MENU
2. Select Settings
3. Select RESET SETTINGS
4. Select ALL
5. Press OK
6. Press Reset
7. Enter Password (default 00000000)

1.go to gallery folder
2.choose memory storage
3. choose option find memory detail
4. option then format memory card

when you try to format a memory card on my v360 it keeps saying try again i tried on the computer same thing tell what can i do to fix it?

try another sim card. You can also try the sim in another phone or computer to confirm that it is the sim and not the phone.

hi there i don't exactly know the settings of samsung but the best way is to default all the settings by reseting.
to reset just inter the code *2767*3855# without simcard.
