The Vizio TV uses your Wi-Fi network to connect to the Internet. Read the user guide, and go through the Menu options, search for "Network" and enter the network ID and password with the remote's keyboard.

It may be too far from the router or something on the 2.4 gig band is interfering. Microwaves, another laptop nearby, Bluetooth wireless keyboards/ mice all can upset a wireless connection.

Get yourself a thin flat-head screwdriver find the logo on the bottom side of the remote that says "Vizio" You will see the edge of the battery compartment, use your flat-head screwdriver and carefully find that edge, right below the word VIZIO, use your scerwdriver underthe "V" and under the "O" stick your screddriver in and gently push up on these 2 spots till the cover pops, then slowly remove, so you don't break the little parts holding on the cover..

Often you can only use "approved" input devices such as keyboards and remotes. This TV came with a Bluetooth remote that has a keyboard on it. You may not be able to connect any other keyboard to it. If you have a Bluetooth keyboard, you can try to connect it if the option is available in the menu (usually setup section). You can also call Vizio to verify if you can connect any other keyboard to the TV besides the remote that came with it.

Hi, I know it is a bore and pain, have had this experience on occasion, short ans, complete install from beginning.
if you do, remember to backup all you wish to save to separate backup hard drive.
you could spend lots of time attempting to reload mouse prog
/keyboard... Just a thought, could try search box and enter details seeking driver for iMac wifi mouse/keyboard. Hope it helps.
